These terms apply to the VetMark Media Shop at shop.vetmarkmedia.com, operated by VetMark Media Solutions LLC ("VetMark Media," "we," "us"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you are ordering for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so on its behalf.

What we sell

We sell custom printed products made to order from artwork you supply or approve. Product photos on this site are examples. Your finished piece is printed from your own artwork and will look like the proof you approve.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is due in full when you order.
We ship to the lower 48 United States and Washington, D.C.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price, if we cannot print the artwork supplied, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we refund what you paid for it.

Artwork and proofs

After you order, your confirmation email includes a link to upload your artwork. Files should follow the print template for your product.
We check your files and email you a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
You are responsible for reviewing your proof carefully, including spelling, phone numbers, addresses, layout, and image quality. Your approval is your final sign-off, and we print what you approved.
Our file check covers print setup, such as size, bleed, and resolution. It is not proofreading.
If we do not receive artwork or a proof approval, your order stays on hold. If an order has been on hold for 60 days, we may cancel and refund it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the artwork you send us. By uploading it, you give us permission to use it to prepare your proof and to print and deliver your order.

You confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to use everything in it, including logos, photos, fonts, and text, and that printing it does not break any law or infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse to print anything we believe is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive.

We keep uploaded artwork and proofs for about 180 days and then delete them. Please keep your own copies. If you reorder later, you may need to upload your files again.

Color and print variation

Printed color will not exactly match what you see on a screen, and it can vary slightly from one print run to the next. Trimming can shift by up to 1/16 inch. These are normal parts of the print process and are not defects.

Production and delivery

Production starts when you approve your proof. Any production or delivery times we give are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before you order.

You are responsible for giving us a correct and complete shipping address. Responsibility for the package passes to you when the carrier delivers it. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, our Refund Policy explains what we will do.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Because every order is custom made, returns are limited. Our Refund Policy explains when you can cancel and what we do if an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof. It is part of these terms.

Custom quotes

Quotes for sizes, materials, quantities, or design work not listed on this site are provided separately and are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise.

This website

The site design, text, images, and the VetMark Media name and logo belong to VetMark Media Solutions LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or upload harmful files.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

Apart from the guarantee described in our Refund Policy, our products and this site are provided "as is," without other warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business, or the cost of a missed event or mailing.

You agree to cover any claims, losses, and costs brought against us because the artwork or content you supplied infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Pinellas County, Florida.
