Shipping policy

Every order is printed to order after you approve your proof, then shipped by ground. Here is exactly where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the lower 48 United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States. Checkout will not offer shipping to those addresses.

Where orders ship from

Orders are printed and shipped from our production partner's facilities in the United States. Your order ships from the facility closest to you, which keeps transit times short. Some multi-item orders arrive in more than one package.

How long it takes

Proof: after you order, we email you a proof to approve, usually within 1 business day of receiving your artwork or wording.
Production: 2 to 5 business days after you approve your proof, depending on the product.
Delivery: 1 to 5 business days by ground after your order ships.

Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days of approving the proof. These are estimates, not guarantees. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before you order.

You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

What shipping costs

Shipping is a flat ground rate based on the products in your order, and it is always shown at checkout before you pay. Typical charges for one item:

Business cards: $15
Stickers: $21 to $27
Flyers, postcards, brochures, greeting cards and door hangers: $21 to $70, depending on size and quantity
Yard signs: $15 to $54, depending on quantity
Vinyl banners: $15 to $24
Aluminum signs: $24
Table runners: $24
A-frame sidewalk signs: $24 to $70

Orders with several items add the charge for each item. Orders of $500 or more get 10% off their products, applied automatically at checkout; shipping is charged as usual.
